Terms of Service
GENERAL
1. I have the right to reject any commission.
2. I retain the rights to the commission and I am allowed to post your finished commission online.
3. PERSONAL USE ONLY (use as a pfp, print, sent as a gift, etc; if you have a question about this, please do not hesitate to ask).
4. You may not sell the commission, claim it as your own, or use in AI or NFTs.
5. I will not start the sketch until I receive the full payment of the commission.
6. You are allowed to post WIPs and the finished piece on social media (when sharing the art, please credit @utmbug).
7. Reference images of person/character are required (detailed image collages are accepted); if you only have a written description, you will be charged 20% extra of the commission price.
8. Please be specific on what you're wanting! It's appreciated if you can tell me what pose, expression, etc. that you want.
9. Commissions will be presented in 72 dpi.
10. If you don't like my artstyle, do not commission me!

BOOKING A SLOT
After we discuss what your commission will be, you must pay the invoice in full to book a slot.REFUNDS
No refunds unless I am incapable of finishing your commission.REVISIONS
I provide free revisions during the sketch phase as long as it is within reason. I will provide one free major revision after the lines are completed; further major revisions are charged 20% of commission price. Base color revisions are free; major revisions after rendering are charged 40% of commission price.

When drawing real people/self inserts, please take note that I may not be able to fully capture the likeness of said person, especially if drawing the face in an angle that I do not have a solid reference for.I WILL NOT DRAW
• kissing on the lips
• explicit NSFW (e.g. porn/smut, genitals)
• real people other than you and your friends/family (I will draw characters portrayed by actors; e.g. I will draw Saul Goodman, but I won't draw just Bob Odenkirk)
• extreme gore
• mecha
• blatant fetish art
& anything I'm not comfortable with!

Q: How do I commission you?
A: Contact me via Twitter or Tumblr DMs. We'll discuss your commission details and then I will send you the invoice. You must pay the full invoice price to book a slot; I don't do reserve slots.Q: Can I ask for status updates?

A: It all depends on the waitlist, workload, my IRL schedule, etc. It also depends on the type of commission you ordered (e.g. lines w/o color will take less time than a fully rendered piece).Q: Why don't you draw NSFW or kissing?
A: This is to protect me as I don't know who is commissioning me and how old they are.
